Smug person FAIL
After my high from last week's weigh in, I strutted off to my Monday meeting feeling very smug. In fact, I think I even had a little smirk on my face. I did exactly what I did last week, but with MORE exercise and I ate LESS of my WPA.

More exercise + Less food = Loss yeah?! Duh.

I was looking in my book waiting to see a -1.5kg or another -1.7kg but instead I got a +500g. Huh? Schoose me? What?

NooooooooOOOooOOOoooo!

I seriously wanted to skip my Meeting, go home and eat the packet of Tim Tams in the fridge that I'd responsibly been enjoying on a 'one per night' rule. But instead I stayed for the meeting (so glad I did) and I got my focus and head together.

Here are some points for thought:

1. It's TTOTM so I may have fluid retention (my rings are tight on my fingers)

2. I did SO much exercise that maybe my body freaked out (I can barely walk from Sunday's Pump class)

3. With such a big loss last week, you can't lose big again the next week

4. I didn't eat as many Filling & Healthy Foods

and most importantly, 5. It doesn't matter if I had a gain this week. Weight loss is my long-term commitment to myself, so I'm going to keep going until I squash those scales into submission with a neat 65kg.

Kinda like fishing, I'll keep going until I land a the big one!
