2 cups water
1 cup caster sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
120g raspberries
250g strawberries,
hulled and chopped
300g watermelon flesh
3 small kiwifruit, peeled
and chopped
1 Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice. Cool.
2 Place raspberries and 1 cup sugar syrup into a food processor. Process to a smooth puree. Pour into 3 icy-pole moulds. Place strawberries and ½ cup syrup into a food processor.
3 Process to a smooth puree. Pour into 3 icy-pole moulds. Place watermelon and ½ cup sugar syrup into a food processor. Process to a smooth puree. Pour into 3 icy pole moulds. Place kiwifruit and 1 cup sugar syrup into a food processor. Process to a smooth puree. Pour into 3 icy-pole moulds.
