Prahran Market, Melbourne's home of fresh produce, transforms into a leafy, luscious, edible paradise for the evening. Start your roving feast with delicious canapés and wine in the market square, before settling in the market hall at tables strewn with herbs, vegetables and fruits. Delight in three sumptuous courses crafted by a star-studded cast of visiting chefs: April Bloomfield, Nancy Silverton, David Kinch, Nobu Matsuhisa and Josiah Citrin.
The feast continues back in the square, where wine, chocolate, cocktails, coffee and cheese will be served in abundance.
