Why? Because you’ll never see Prahran Market like this again.

The culinary stars of America make heroes of seasonal Victorian produce to complement soul-enriching wines at Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s glamour night. Prahran Market, Melbourne's home of fresh produce, transforms into a leafy, luscious, edible paradise for the evening. Start your roving feast with delicious canapés and wine in the market square, before settling in the market hall at tables strewn with herbs, vegetables and fruits. Delight in three sumptuous courses crafted by a star-studded cast of visiting chefs: April Bloomfield, Nancy Silverton, David Kinch, Nobu Matsuhisa and Josiah Citrin.

The feast continues back in the square, where wine, chocolate, cocktails, coffee and cheese will be served in abundance.

Just as the seasons ebb and flow, so too will you amble through this bountiful garden in full autumn harvest.
