Where was the Sensuous advertising campaign shot and what does it say to you?

It was shot at Milk Studios in New York. The look is very relaxed. The idea behind the fragrance goes along with the make-up and the clothes, which are very natural and sensuous. You have to portray a kind of confidence and relaxed, independent spirit at the same time, so Sensuous is perfect to wear with a white buttoned-down shirt, not a lot of make-up and tousled hair.

What do you think when you hear the 
word “sensuous”?

I think of confidence and being relaxed. I think of the word “touch” because we are naturally drawn to sensuality.

At what age do you think a woman is 
most sensuous?

I don’t think there is an age for sensuality, but I would say that most women eventually come into themselves. Personally, I feel more sensuous now [in my 30s] and I think it’s going to get better as I get older.

Do you have any favourite icons from the past?

Grace Kelly – she had this senuality 
about her that was very mysterious and charming. Catherine Deneuve, too – she 
has that confidence.
