Ingredients
45ml gin
juice of half a large lemon
2 heaped teaspoons of caster sugar
soda water to top
1. squeeze the lemon from 1.2 a large lemon into a high ball glass
2. add the caster sugar and stir
3. fill the glass with ice
4. add 45ml of gin, fill with soda water and stir
5. garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
