Tina Fey’s new charity flavoured ice cream
Ben & Jerry’s delicious new ice-cream flavour, the Liz Lemon, was inspired by Tina Fey’s much-loved TV character, to help disadvantaged kids start school.

A scoop of the ‘Liz Lemon’ will, as the name sounds, taste lemony – with a hint of blueberry. It’s in honour of actress/TV writer/ Oscars host Tina Fey’s longtime charity, Jumpstart, a national early education organisation working towards helping kids prepare for their first days of school. In particular, Jumpstart assists those from low-income neighbourhoods get ready for their big day.

Jumpstart delivers research-based and cost-effective programs by training college students and volunteers to help these kids develop the language and literacy skills they will need when they start kindergarten.

Thanks to Fey’s generous support, Ben & Jerry’s new fruity ice cream flavour will be furthering this cause. It’s just another reason why we love her!
