Ease constipation with this simple stomach massage procedure, on MiNDFOOD.

Stand a bottle of cold pressed sesame oil in a bowl of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes to warm the oil.

Massage 2 tablespoons of the warm oil in a clockwise direction around the navel, working your way into larger circles, repeat this 12 times.

This helps stimulate the bowel and relieves any bloating or discomfort. It is an excellent treatment for constipation. Repeat morning and night after your shower.
