The wait is almost over. Back in June it was revealed that Johnny Depp would be the face of Dior’s new fragrance for men; today we can finally share more about this milestone for Dior Maison de Parfums. Sauvage – described as “an olfactory shock with the appeal of a great classic” – has been crafted by legendary perfume creator François Demachy and features notes of bergamot from the Italian province of Reggio di Calabria, Sichuan pepper and vetiver.
It wouldn’t be a Dior fragrance without a short film starring one of the most sought-after actors of our time. And while you’re going to have a wait a little longer to see Johnny Depp in all his rugged, masculine glory, for now you can enjoy a sneak peek of his short film for Sauvage in the teaser below.
Dior’s new fragrance for men, Sauvage, is on counter across New Zealand on the 24th of August – just in time for Father’s Day.
