Degustation for Dogs: London cafe serves up brunch for pets
This London restaurant is providing pampered pooches with a new way to dine in style.

Whilst cafes for everything from cats to rabbits have made world wide headlines, our canine friends have often been left out of the loop, when it comes to custom culinary destinations.

But now, one restaurant is celebrating our furry friends by inviting them to dine in style – just as they always should.

Bluebird, a restaurant in London’s Chelsea neighbourhood, has joined forces with Pet Pavilion to host a pop-up party for your pampered pooch.

The three course feast will offer our special companions the opportunity to dine on a ‘Michelin-star’ menu fit for a Cavalier King Charles.

The puppies will be served an appetiser of venison sausage and brown rice cooked in a beef broth, followed by an entree of chicken and lamb loaf and finished with a dessert of sweet potato and peanut butter macaroons with a soft gelato filling.

As the pooches will be treated to nothing less than perfection, their meals will be accompanied by a delicious beverage – a dog friendly “beer” called “pooch hooch”.

After the meal, the dogs will be invited to digest at either a grooming workshop or a ‘doggy disco’.

For those lucky enough to be in the area, the pop-up brunch will run from April 27 to May 1.
