Amisfield Rosé 2013
A delicious rosé with watermelon and berry aromas has us dreaming of summer.

During early summer, the folk at Amisfield select their juiciest and most opulent Pinot Noir fruit before partially employing the traditional Saignée technique where juice is bled from Pinot Noir ferments and then further fermented.

This rosé has watermelon, rose and berry aromas and a dry finish. A lovely accompaniment to a seafood or white meat lunch.
